Refurbishing Older AT Radon Systems
I have had several requests from researchers to refurbish their older AT-Dual Radon Counting Systems. I have just refurbished two units. One for a Canadian Scientist and the other, about 15 years old, for a Florida Scientist. Each refurbishing job has to be assessed independently, because of the varying age of the electronics. Some of the very old units, depending on configuration, cannot be refurbished. If you have any interest to see if your unit could be refurbished please contact me. We can then discuss the units age, electronics and mechanical configuration, cabinet material and size.
The cost for refurbishing depending on what items can be salvaged will yield a new system at approximately 66% of the cost of a new system.
